Quality and Training Coordinator
With a passion for healthcare and support, I embarked my career in disability services in 2018. Working in a dual role as both an Administrator and Support Worker, I pursued my Bachelor of Nursing at Charles Darwin University, graduating in 2021. My educational journey equipped me with the necessary skills to transition into clinical practice, where I began working as a Practice Nurse. In my pursuit of professional growth, I advanced to the role of Clinical Nurse Coordinator, focusing on specialized areas such as Early Onset Dementia, Stroke, Autism, and Intellectual Disabilities.
This position allowed me to use my nursing expertise to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care for individuals. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to advocating for patients and their families, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. My experience in both administrative and clinical settings has provided me with a holistic understanding of the healthcare system, enabling me to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary teams. I am committed to ongoing professional development and look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
To provide our high level of participant services our support workers must be of an exceptional standard, we aim to match our team of well trained support staff with each individual.
