Employment Application Form

This application form must be completed accurately and honestly. Should you be successful in gaining employment with us, TCASS policy is that all employees are required to serve a minimum probationary period of three months. Each applicant must accept that no guarantee of any employment is given by the completion of this form.

Please Note: All successful applicants are required to supply a National Police check and Senior First Aid Certificate before commencement.
