Deni was born and raised in Darwin and in 2009 she was the youngest person to ever graduate from Charles Darwin University with a Certificate II in Business. After graduating from Darwin High School Deni attended Monash University and completed a Bachelor in Business. Deni has also developed skills in Management, Quality Assurance, Leadership, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management.

As an experienced Manager, Deni has a demonstrated history of working in a variety of industries including IT, Vocational Education, Construction, and Disability across the Northern Territory, Queensland, and Victora. Deni has been a friend of TCASS™ for many years and formally joined the team in 2021 as part of the Senior Leadership Team as the HR Manager.
