Gagan Kapoor is a dedicated and experienced Operations Coordinator at TCASS™, with over a decade of history of roles and responsibilities within the organization. Gagan began his journey with TCASS™ in May 2015 as a Support Worker, demonstrating exceptional commitment and care until 2018. During this period, he also served as a Finance Admin from 2016 to 2017, Team Leader from 2017 to 2018, Office manager from 2018 to 2019, Care coordinator from 2019 to 2022 and Operations coordinator since 2022.

In addition to his professional roles, Gagan is highly qualified, holding a Certificate III and IV in Business, a Diploma in Business, and a Bachelor in Business. He is currently furthering his education by studying Nursing, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Gagan’s expertise is supported by numerous certifications, including MJD Education, Diabetes Management, Epilepsy, Mental Health First Aid, and Seizure Management, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge and readiness to handle diverse challenges in his field.

Outside of work, Gagan enjoys playing and watching cricket, listening to music, and engaging with positive communities.
