Kumi Bali

Director Housing and Property Manager

Kumi was born in London, England of Sri Lakan Parentage and has lived in Darwin for over 43 years. Kumi Married Sharm Bali (Chair of TCASS™) in 1981.

Kumi worked for the Northern Territory Government for 35 years, and in 1999 when TCASS™ was formed she took on another role as a Director for TCASS™. Her background in Building design makes Kumi ideally suited for the role of Director of Housing and Property Management. Kumi enjoys attending the TCASS™ houses and offices where she meets the office staff, carers, TCASS™ Participants and their families. Kumi is actively involved in the TCASS™ Activity Program, partaking and helping to facilitate the weekly walking program and TCASS™ Master Chef just to name a few. Kumi’s role at TCASS™ gives her a sense of purpose and she is very proud of the TCASS™ Family that has grown over the last 25 years.
