Neha migrated to Australia from India in 2014.

She has both a Cert 3 in Aged Care and MBA in Human Resource.

Neha has worked for over 10 years in disability support and 6 of these years with TCASS™.

Neha joined TCASS™ in 2019 as a support worker before progressing to Team Leader, Administration officer, Staffing Admin and her now current position of Staffing Manager.
